Recently I have found myself with a new Hobie that seems to be consuming all of my free time.Geo caching is what I have found and with great enthusiasm I have been searching high and low for hidden treasure. Geo caching is in a nut shell a modern day treasure hunt that encompasses the entire globe. The object is to get GPS (global position system) for hidden caches placed somewhere on earth and hunt it down. These hidden cashes can be placed in a capsule as small as a film canister to who knows how big. So far I have found eleven caches with many different items placed inside. One cache held a particular item that has helped my enthusiasm for this awesome game,it was a Geo coin that can be tracked from place to place.

I should say a friend of mine clued me in to Geo caching, he said "I saw it on law and order and I always wanted to try it" so here I am entangled in it's web just wanting to find more every day. My next objective is to place a cache of my own so I can see who finds it and how long it stays active. I have purchased a travel bug and given it a mission hopefully it is carried out from other caching freaks like me. I am sure if you give it a try it will be a great time for everyone.

never ever see this

I saw this and wished I was dead! NOT scary NOT worth the money NOT worth my time....but funny ohh yes my friends funny is a good word to describe this over hyped ball of gunk under my chair. If this scares you then don't see barney or you will need a shrink to work out the horror of a humming bird crazily flying by in a fit or rage looking for a flower.

very funny

Recently we went to a comedy act at kings berry hall and the comedian was the great Jim Gaffigan. The show was hysterical laugh out loud funny. If you don't know who he is let me give a small run down of his background.Jim has been in several commercials that include sierra mist, espn, saturn and rollingrock. Also movies like super troopers along with three kings. But TV is most likely where you would recognize him. Jim co stared on the Ellen DeGeneres show with appearances on ed,That seventies show and law and order last but not least TBS hit My Boys. I have placed some of his stand up on my music list hope you enjoy it.

CALL OF DUTY WORLD AT WAR

Well I got a new Xbox 360 game to rap about. This high intensity world war 2 game is absolutely explosive, first is the great maps during game play. Call of duty has put together some very divers levels from jungles to cities and everything in between. The characters available to use include American soldiers too Russian vets very cool. Its as close to reenacting battles in world war two as you can get with out actually being there. The next thing I would like to say is the wide variety of weapons in this first person shooter is vast I mean how cool is it to be firing the m1 grand and switch to a flame thrower is in time to burn out machine gun nests just before they cut you down. This game is unreal on Xbox live as well. It is realistic to lose all track of time heading off to battle with eight other players. High action fast paced just plain awesome. I Would have to say the only complaint I have is the maps on live and these grips are not a big deal what so ever. I just have to mention them so everyone can be prepared they are a couple really small maps and new maps being added that have to be paid for. But I guess on the other hand small maps mean fast paced and new maps mean never getting to bored of this game. Make no mistake all though some maps are small others are huge plenty of room for sniper rifles or if you are the everything must go mentality tanks are another option. So now for the review............

Hall of Fame

2010 Hall of Fame has recognized two of our cities most influential personalities into an elite group of sports icons. How lucky were we as fans to have these men involved in our lives. Every fall this city becomes energized with the thought of our Utah jazz taking the court. John Stockton and Jerry Sloan have been names I have grown up with and names I will never forget. Now these men will live on for eternity in the pro basketball hall of fame. I am so glad to see this, they we two of three corner stones of our Utah jazz. I remember watching their games with my dad who introduced me to the game and without knowing it he made me a lifetime fan of the game of basketball just like many other father son duos conversations revolved around the jazz. john Stockton was a name we uttered many times both of us uttering shoot it or nice pass.We also took notice of the man on the bench leading a charge against retarded calls by the refs.

John Stockton was an amazing point guard for our team also a tremendous basketball player. Some say cheap or dirty I prefer solid or even gritty. The man had no fear setting picks on much larger men and not budging one inch. The golden boy (John Stockton) stood only six foot one inch tall and weighed in at one hundred seventy pounds but the wight was all heart holding the all time steals recorded with 3,265 steal an unreal 30% higher rate the the number two steals man Micheal Jordan. John also holds the record for assists with 15,806 witch to me is a mark of a true point guard. But if you want to know the most amazing stat he owns I believe it to be games played that number should blow your mind it is 1,504 out of 1,526 games played. The only word that comes to mind it tough, This guy is very tough. I don't think enough players put in that kind of time on the court these days and that is why John should be coconsidered as the best point guard of all time.

Now for the coach Jerry Sloan what can I say how about his numbers do the talking, 1137 wins 751 loses, not bad right. We have been lucky to have the man as the coach of our team willing to step up to the plate for our guys on the court without hesitation. Thank you Sloan for all the wins they made us as fans excited for every season.
